Yes, absolutely! All your readings are stored locally on your device. We don't collect personal information, and your spiritual journey remains completely private.
❓ Can I save my readings?
Yes! All your readings are automatically saved to your History. You can revisit past readings anytime by tapping the History button on the home screen.
❓ How accurate are the readings?
Celestial Eye is designed for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. The AI interpretations are meant to inspire thought and provide guidance, not predict the future. Always use your own judgment for important life decisions.
❓ Does the app work offline?
You can view your saved readings offline, but generating new AI interpretations requires an internet connection. The card drawing and shuffle animations work offline.
Troubleshooting
App Not Loading or Crashing
Try these steps:
- Close the app completely and reopen it
- Check your internet connection
- Update to the latest version from the App Store
- Restart your device
- If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
AI Interpretation Not Loading
This usually happens due to network issues:
- Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data)
- Wait a few moments and try again
- If using VPN, try disabling it temporarily
- The AI service may be temporarily busy - please retry in a few minutes
Reading History Not Showing
If your saved readings aren't appearing:
- Make sure you completed the reading (saw the interpretation)
- Pull down to refresh the History screen
- Close and reopen the app
- Note: Uninstalling the app will delete all saved readings
Cards Not Shuffling or Drawing
If the card animations aren't working:
- Wait for any current animation to complete
- Try tapping the screen gently (don't hold)
- Close and reopen the app
- Make sure your device has enough storage space
